Gateau Manioc
Ingredients
- 410g sweetened condensed milk
- 500g shredded cassava
- Desiccated coconut
Method
- Prepare pan with baking paper and another slightly larger pan
- Separate cassava in a large bowl
- Add sweetened condensed milk and combine with cassava
- Put mixture in pan, then place into larger pan and pour hot water into the larger pan
- Cook at 180°C for 45 minutes
