Gateau Manioc

Ingredients

  • 410g sweetened condensed milk
  • 500g shredded cassava
  • Desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Prepare pan with baking paper and another slightly larger pan
  2. Separate cassava in a large bowl
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and combine with cassava
  4. Put mixture in pan, then place into larger pan and pour hot water into the larger pan
  5. Cook at 180°C for 45 minutes
